I was snowmobiling in Ely in Feb, with temps in the single digits. My hands got cold with my gloves, so I decided I needed mittens. Looked all over town. While the Steegers mittens were the most expensive I looked at, they were also the highest quality--and made right in Ely. Went out for a snowmobile ride the day I bought them and was not disappointed. I will likely have these mittens for many years to come. Remember, you get what you pay for.
