I got a pair of QuenticoTalls in March of 2015. I love them and wear them mushing with my dogs in Fairbanks, AK. They keep my feet warm in the coldest temperatures, -40 deg. F. This March, while mushing across a lake, I sank into overflow about 4 inches above my ankles. The snow was over knee-deep. My feet did not get wet even though it took me over 15 minutes to walk out. When I got home & removed my mukluks, the liners & insides were a little damp. I expected them to be soaked. I had used Snow-proof Water Repellent on them when I first got them 5 years earlier. I am AMAZED!!! And they still look nearly new.

Warmest Boots Ive Ever Owned

I’ve had a pair of these for about 15 years. They have held up in blizzard conditions and freezing weather. I use a suede brush and water repellent on mine. I got these before there was a website and just a little card as a catalog. Customer Service was great to determine the size. I bought the wool liners for these and they keep your feet warm. The Mukluks do also without the wool inserts. Depends on the temperature for me, and how thick of socks I want to wear. I lived in Michigan and now in Idaho and both have cold winters. These have outlasted many other pair of boots. Plus, they’re gorgeous.
